Today we are celebrating my son Lance's 1st birthday and the theme is Sesame Street. I wanted to make a card to go with that theme, but didn't really know how to go about making it. So I used my best resource of SCS and researched Elmo. Well, I came up with some samples! I was so excited when I found this card: FS09: Elmo & Friends Bday by TruCarMa at Splitcoaststampers made by TruCarMa.
I changed it up a bit and used punches instead of stamps, but really like the overall look of this card. For the saying at the bottom I used "All Holiday" and drew in the 1st part. I wanted some eyelets to go around the saying, but didn't have any in the colors I needed, so I drew in little elmo and little cookie monster! I'm sure Lance will remember this card forever! LOL...I can dream can't I? www.hlr976.blogspot.com

This card is absolutely adorable and looks just like the Sesame Street characters. You did a great job and I am definitely going to case this for my grandchildren's birthday cards.
