Inspired by JulieHRR's layout in the March edition of Paper Crafts. The dial turns, alternating between "Loves ME" and "Loves Me Not". The "not" was handwritten with a black marker. The 4-inch circle was measured with a cheap $.99 compass from Target.

my instructions will not do justice to the instructions & diagram provided by JulieHRR in the magazine, but i'll give it a shot!
1.) you will need a card (8 1/2" x 5 1/2" white cardstock) and a card front panel. align the cardfront with the card, and punch 1/2 circle on side with circle punch.
2.) cut a 4" circle with decorative scissors from white cardstock. this is where i used the compass! poke hole in center of circle (you will know where this is if you use the compass, as it is where you placed the pokey end of the compass).
3.) line the circle up with the card front, to determine where the circle should be afixed - mark and poke hole through the cardfront.
4.) use a circle or square punch to punch hole in card front for image to appear in.
5.) stamp image on circle (i found that if the stamp you are using is small enough, you can stamp through the circle or square. so i stamped my first image through the hole in the card front, then removed the wheel and finished stamping my images. i wanted them evenly spaced.)
6.) secure card front to wheel with brad. tape card front/wheel to card (8 1/2" x 5 1/2" piece)
