This is the outside of an altoid tin that I altered to make a gift for my Mothers birthday last year. I put black velver ribbon around the lid. I also made a little board book to go inside. I put the book together by glueing a 1 1/2 in square of black paper about an 1/8" wide apart to each piece of board. I alternated front and then back on every other piece. This allowed me to make an accordion fold. I then Modge-Podged the DP's to the front and black to the back. It starts with" A Mothers Love, then pictures of her children, granchildren & great-grandchildren & ends with "Makes a Family". I put a picture of the whole family on the inside of the tin lid. It was alot of fun to make but it is extremely time consuming.

Just stunning!! ( and I really don't say that often at all - seriously I don't ). I just love that vintage stamp - how beautiful and the loveliest use of vanilla and black!
