I tried a couple of things for the Ways To Use it challenge with Stazon ink and just couldn't get anything to gel yesterday. I was cleaning off my stamp table today and came across a piece of very old "play" with twinkling H2O's when I first got them. I painted them onto cardstock to create a background and then overstamped the images. I used the old Pines set on this background piece. I don't think the sheen shows up too well in the scan, but believe me it's there. I'd never been quite sure how to finish this piece, but decided to add a greeting stamped on window sheet with the black stazon pad. I layered a small oval of snowflake vellum behind this and placed both pieces in the HPH. As a finishing touch I used a white gel pen to add snow to the pine boughs and cones, I smudged the pen on the pine cones to soften it a bit.

You did a nice job on this! Thank you very much for sharing your talents! You take care now and have a very pleasant day, for each new day is a gift! (see Psalm 118:24)

This is absolutely gorgeous! The softness of the colors just grabs my eye and such a nice color combination. I love this.
