When I saw this week's sketch challenge and the colours from last week’s inspiration challenge I thought they would be a good compliment for the new “Time Well Spent” hostess set. I must admit that I really struggle with the doodle style stamps. I find it really hard to make a card that I’d feel comfortable giving to an adult. After a few false starts I’m pretty happy with how this turned out. I used the colours from the pottery in the inspiration challenge and used my “doodle this” set to bring in the paisley feel since I don’t have any paisley stamps. I added some stickes and brads to the flowers to give it some bling. I also used eyelets and thin gauge wire to suspend the greeting for a little extra kick. I love these challenges because they always force me to step out of my comfort zone. Thanks Karen!

That is awesome! I love your coloring. Great work with the sketch too - how you attached the sentiment to the main panel and the flowers instead of circles. Thanks for playing the IC!
