I made this card by taking single ply toilet paper (Scott brand). I took 8 squares and put them over the stamp one by one. After I put each layer down I used a watercolor brush to add water to the paper over the image. After all 8 layers were done seperately I let it dry overnight.
I trimmed my image closely with Stampin' Up!'s Table top paper cutter. I don't know if it would work with a rotary cutter or Fiskars slide cutter since the paper tears easily.
I then used my Stampin' Pastels and sponged Rose Red, Taken with Teal and Pumpkin Pie over the raised image. I then smooshed it with Versamark, added clear embossing powder and heat embossed carefully so as to not burn the Toilet Paper.

You have really captured a neat look here! Did you "invent" that technique yourself? I think I'll have to read those directions a few more times to see if I get it. TFS!
