I have two "teen" guys in my life, a 19 & a 16 yo. When I first saw the inspiration piece the reds and blacks popped out at me, so I started with those colors and the sketch for this month. Since Dragons, wizards, and all sort of fanasty stuff is a big interest to the guys in my life, it kinda goes with the central theme as well.
I received this Dragon image through WishRak, I sprayed the c/s with Pearlex/Hairspray mix until it shimmered, added metallic rub-on paints to his wings & belly, then painted with paintable glitter left over from my ceramic days, added CE to his horns and nails.
I didn't want to do to much more because I wanted to keep Mr. Dragon the main focus.

Great job, Miss Patty! The red and black really does make the dragon all the more impressive!
