First and foremost, I cannot believe I am still awake at 2:10 am, let alone uploading a card!!!
This card is a tad bright (I think that may be an understatement). When I saw the inspiration, which is gorgeous bedding seen here: Forums at Splitcoaststampers
I immediately thought of Petals & Paisley DP. I drew a 1 1/2 inch line with my Chocolate Chip marker and then used the small leaf from Time Well Spent to try to create the chocolate flowers on the bedding...well, it looked great until I started putting other things on the card. Now I think it is a bit busy...
There are tons of dazzling diamonds on this one, and the big flower was stamped three times, once in Regal Rose for the base, once in Certainly Celery DSP for the middle and once in Taken with Teal for the center. I then layered each piece with dimensionals and attached it all with a Build-A-Brad with a piece of dp in it.
Forgive me for rambling...I really need to go the bed!!
Thanks so much for looking!!

Right there with you Jodi! I stayed up 'till 2:30 last night and had to get up early because it wasn't my turn to sleep in!! Uughh! Your card is very pretty! I have a hard time putting bright colours and patterns together which is why I usually stick to muted tones...so, I admire anyone who dares to try AND SUCCEEDS! Love that brad centre too!

OK, now I know I *need* the build-a-brad kit! Beautiful card! I love your made leaf sprig...I couldn't find a stamp that worked for it, but I didn't even think of making my own! Thank you for playing!
