I've seen some embossed Baroque Motifs cards, and some on brushed cardstock, but not both together!
This was fun to do, was quick, and would be good to make in bulk or for a class or workshop. It also got a WOW from my customers! I did it in several colours, and it makes a great no-layer card.
The brushed gold cardstock together with the heat embossing gives a rich, sophisticated look. The photo doesn't do it justice, of course!
Vicki Maduzia's gorgeous card Irridescent Ice by vmaduzia at Splitcoaststampers
gave me the idea to use the brushed gold cardstock.
