I made this card for the sketch challenge, and then somehow got a nice brown mark on the image (oops).... so I decided to use the sentiment, to cover it up.
Don't you just hate when that happens!!
Now, if I could just get all my Christmas cards done, I would be all set!!
Coloring was done with prismacolor pencils and OMS.

Yes, it never fails, getting ready to do the last touch on a card then...drop the stamp on it, flip oper the ink pad...etc!
Craziness!! Great save though, adorable card!

Your 'cover up' looks so perfectly natural there; it adds originality to your sketch. Love your adorable tree and that great ribbon. I don't know why I haven't broken down and got those faux stitch stamps. They are great. Your border around your main image is another sign of your great eye and placement of details. Love your cute card.

I am totally in love with this card! I love the coloring, distressing, faux stitching and am almost glad you had an oops .. cause that sentiment looks great on top like this!!...Great job!!!
