A co-worker asked me to make her an I'm Sorry card. I love the idea of using a letter (such as the S in Sorry) as the main image on a card and knew this little Sorry... stamp would work perfectly. I went through some of the old Sketch Challenges and realized that this one worked beautifully with my chipboard.
The card base is Basic Gray stamped with the Sanded background stamp with Basic Gray ink. (Love that tone-on-tone look.) The next panel is Among the Ruins dp layered on Basic Black cs. The third panel is Rapture dp layered on Basic Black cs. The little 1/2" strips are Basic Black cs. I added the seven silver eyelets to the bottom strip with my Crop-A-Dile. Finally, the chipboard was stamped with the Sorry... sentiment (in Jet Black StazOn) using my Stamp-A-Ma-Jig for perfect placement. It took a while, but the effect is well worth it. The chipboard is backed with Pious dp, layered on Basic Black and adhered to the card with four Dimensionals.
(By the way, the Sorry... sentiment is from an old SU! set dating way back to 1993.)
There you have it. So, what do you think?
