Expressionistic technique - I use the shimmer white for this technique - seems to hold up better to the water. The real key here for getting your colors to "POP" is to use heat (I use a small iron on the reverse side) in between stamping of the image.
Spray shimmer paper with fine water mist (4-5 pumps- getting fairly wet), ink rubber, spray rubber 2 pumps with water, stamp image, leave stamp on paper for a few seconds and the colors will flow & move. I usually pat just a little if the color/water really puddles. Set aside to slightly dry. Iron from reverse side (the colors will "pop", then reink image with slightly darker color and stamp.
