I found these wooden door hangers at Michael's and realized that they'd be a cute Christmas decoration.
I covered the hanger with Fruitcake Plaid dp and sanded and inked the edges with Cranberry Crisp ink. The naked chipboard ornament was blinged up (I'm sure I just made that phrase up) by pressing it into my Ruby Red Craft Ink Pad and embossing it with Red Embossing Tinsel. Instant sparkle! I dug out a bit of wire and fashioned an ornament hook, peeled the backing off the ornament and adhered it to the Plaid paper. I stamped the sentiment on Orange Peel dp with Old Olive ink and VersaMark and clear embossed it. It was punched out with my 1 1/4" circle punch, layered on a 1 3/8" Cranberry Crisp circle and blinged up with a couple of A Muse Twinkle Stickers. I used a Dimensional to adhere it to the Plaid paper. I added a pretty bow at the top and called it good.
It's really cute and has a real country feel. I'd love to hear what you think.
