What a great challenge! This is my take on the fish necklace. I went with the fish theme but not necessarily the color scheme.
I took various pieces of leftover c/s that used a couple of different techs to make. Some had been spritzed with bleach before stamping (as was the card front and the fish label). And some were done with the scraped paint tech (as was the fish image). This is done by dropping a few drops of acrylic paint in several colors onto a piece of c/s. Then take an old credit card or similar object and scrape the paint across the c/s. You can go in one direction or more but should be careful not to muddy the colors too much.
Anyway, I took these scraps and cut various shapes and sizes and attached them to the sticky side of a piece of sticker paper. Some were trimmed to fit, but space was left all around the pieces and a border around the entire piece was left. Then I covered it with black ep which only stuck to the sticky areas left open. After heat embossing, if it didn't look black enough in areas, I went over it w/ a black Galaxy marker.
The fish was black embossed onto a scraped paint bg and cut out. I attached little piece of the turquoise c/s around the edges of a black glossy square then attached the fish w/ foam tape. I also black embossed the word and attached a die cut bookplate over it. Put in eyelets and tied the eyelash to them. This is also on foam tape.
I love this tech because it's a neat way to use up a lot of scrap pieces which I always have in abundance and hate to throw away. TFL

This is a really cool card! I'm definitely going to have to try the scraped paint and the background techniques. Thanks so much for the detailed directions.
