This challenge really took some reflection. I loved how colourful the necklace was but couldn't figure out how to get the feel of the beading...thank goodness for the eyelet share I participated in ;o). I didn't have any children's birthday cards so thought that this would be a perfect fit. I also didn't have any fish stamps so I am also very grateful for girlfriends and those stampin sundays afternoons. The water plants were done using the stems from Spring Garden. The fish were done on Whisper White and cut out to add dimension and make the colours more vibrant. Thanks for stopping by.

Friends are like the walls of a house. Sometimes they hold you up, sometimes you lean on them. But sometimes, it's enough to know they're just standing by.

Great take on the inspiration piece! I love how you chose specific items to reflect parts of the piece...the eyelets, the water plants...even the crimping! FAb job!

Your aquatic scene is very cute. Love the bubble eyelets. Very creative and do look like beads!!! Great interpretation!
