Okay, I set out to try a sketch challenge from a couple of weeks ago, and thought "This is easy", but what I found out is that sometimes the simplest layouts are the most difficult to actualize. I knew that I want to use this stamp from Sidekick Sayings, and I had fun coloring it in with SU markers and an Aquapainter. I loved using my Sakura Glaze pens for the ornaments and star. It all went downhill after that. We were only supposed to embellish the right side of the sketch. Hmmmm, what to do? I tried DP there every which way, and it just didn't look right. After putting my card aside for a little bit, I realized that the right side had to be just as simple as the left, so I just tied a piece of ribbon, and there you have it; less is more!
