While I certainly look forward to Fridays for all the obvious reasons, I also look forward to them because Beate posts her sketches on Fridays. This one Blogs at Splitcoaststampers happens to be perfect for this wonderful reindeer head and antlers.
I stamped the head and antlers on Shimmer White cs with Chocolate Chip Classic Ink and then just the head with Chocolate Chip Craft Ink. I cut out the head done with the craft ink and mounted it with a Dimensional for more definition. I highlighted the antlers with my Quickie Glue Pen and Dazzling Diamonds. (By the way, the circles were all cut with my Coluzzle.) I stamped the swirly leaves around the Shimmer White cs with Always Artichoke Classic Ink and highlighted the berries with Christmas Red Stickles. All circle layers are raised with Dimensionals.
The two chipboard photocorners are covered with dp from the Figgy Pudding collection and layered on more Figgy Pudding collection dp. There's also a layer of Ruby Red cs and then finally the Chocolate Chip card base. All edges were rounded with my small corner rounder punch. I wrapped some Chocolate Chip grosgrain ribbon around the dp to hide the seam and then added that sweet little tag and bling brad for the sentiment.
I hope you're able to see all the shimmer and sparkle in the photo, because it's really pretty in real life. I'd love to hear what you think, so drop me a comment.
