For today's Inspiration challenge, I drew upon the shapes from the inspiration piece. This also meets Julia's Ways to Use It challenge to use velvet (turquoise ribbon is velvet). Seeing Spots, Think Happy Thoughts, and Baroque Motifs were stamped on the white bg in the various colors. I initially started paper piecing the flowers from Petal Pushers and ended up going a different direction; I do have the one regal rose scalloped paper pieced flower I did. The silk flower and brads are actually chocolate chip in color, although they look black in my photo. I used my Coluzzle circle cutter for the large circle, which I sponged in turquoise.
This looks really busy to me, but that is how the IC piece was. Anyhoo, thanks for looking!
