My Penguin has cold hands but a warm heart! CA

 Managed to squeeze two challenges into one today! The sketch is from Wednesdays' SC149. The second challenge is today's Limited supplies, using only supplies from Jen's list, LSC141, which included using a critter! I wanted to cheer Michelle up (MilwaukeeMommy) as she needs it right now, so this card was made specially for her, seeing as she looooves penguins!
Watercolored the main image with artist quality paints, using streaked washes for the ground and sky and his hat. And dry brush on everything else.
All stamps by High Hopes Stamps.
