 | | This is a card I made for last week's color challenge using Tempting Turquoise, So Saffron and Real Red. I wasn't sure I was happy with it, as is with many of my creations, and I didn't get rave reviews with my homefront critics (DD, DH and DS), so I decided not to upload it. Then, something funny happened over the last week; it kind of grew on me. So here it is:
I stitched around the TT CS with red embroidery thread. Then, I tried to create a quilt of sorts with my SS and RR CS after running it through the Cuttlebug (my new best friend). I crossstitched each square and then "quilted" my watercolored images to the squares. I stitched star images to the corners and added some buttons and Crystal effects.
