Here is my card for the new technique challenge to make a horizontal pocket card.
I used n5stamper's instructions: 1 piece of CS 8 1/2 x 5 1/2 for base scoring at 4 and 1 1/4. My insert piece was 3 1/4 x 4 1/2 not counting the white piece sticking up.
My DH's nephew just had a baby girl so I used this opportunity to make a card for Emma Katherine.
I used the SU Simply Scrappin Set - Special Delivery Girl - for most of the papers and stickers for this card.
I colored the cute image with SU markers.
I left the insert pulled out a bit so you could see the sentiment inside - when fully inserted you just see the 'Hi! My Name is Emma' part.
I love pocket cards and this horizontal format was fun to do!
Thanks for the great challenge Beth!

Beautiful job! I'm still sitting here trying to figure out how you did the lacy border/corners. I have not seen this sweet hedgie stamp before -- it is precious as is your card.
