This is for the Try A New Technique Challenge: Horizontal Pocket Cards. The challenge can be found here: Forums at Splitcoaststampers
I added a folded pocket on top of my pocket so I could fill it with a bunch of flowers for my "true" friend! The top flap is folded backwards and adhered to the back of the front card flap - clear as mud!!!!
The card measures 5 X 7 and the triangle folded pocket started out as a 7" square - fold that in half then in half again. Turn your square so it looks like a diamond with the open folds on top. Take each piece of paper and fold it downward one at a time. You can leave the back flap up if you'd like. I have mine tucked under so you can see the pull out card behind the flowers. TFL
I'll have a tutorially on this card later this PM - gotta go and get my GD right now!!!
Also - check my blog later for my Monday Morning Giveway - I'm giving away some fun fall embellishments!!
