Made this ATC for a swap I am in Down on the Farm--haven't ever been to a farm, but love everything about the thought of it!! We were to make ATC's with images from a farmyard.
I got my inspiration from this card here by kittie747:
The red, polka dot paper is beautiful to me and it's called 'Butterfly Dot--Cherry Tomato' by Moda for Daisy D's. The striped paper is from Basic Grey and I wrapped Martha Stewart's Butcher Twine and some raffia around the black backed stripe.
Used Adirondack dye ink to color the chicken=Raisin, Butterscotch and Rust and SU marker in Pink Passion. The background is watercolored with same type of ink called Bottle. Love that color!
For the purple dots and chicken face, used Sakura Permapaque markers.
Image is on watercolor paper and punched with my scalloped oval. The yellow dots are done with a Galaxy marker=Sunspot Yellow.
Love Best of Cluck, don't you?
