Inspired by Parisotremba's Camibook pg 3&4, this is a pop-up card with dangling elements. For the canvas clouds, I cut 2 pieces of US White CS the first 8-1/2" x 2-1/2" and the second 7-1/2" x 2-1/2" and stamped with canvas on one side of the first piece and on both sides of the second. Next I took the cloud stencil and sponged going gray around the edges gradually moving the template down to create the appearance of clouds. I did this on one side of the first piece and the both sides of the second piece. I then trimmed around the bottom edges. I scored the single sided piece at the 4-1/4" mark and attached it to the inside top of a pretty in pink 4-1/4" x 5-1/2" card. For the double sided piece I scored at the 1/2" mark and then made three more marks of 1-3/4" wide. I then formed an open-ended box with the second piece and secured it with sticky strip on the 1/2" tab. I then used sticky strip to attach the box to the inside top corner of the card. One of the corners of the box must be against the fold of the card and two of the sides of the box will lie flat against the card. When the card is closed the box should push forward not backwards. Next I attached some double-sided dangling hearts to the inside of the box and stamped the words "mostly love showers."

This is exceptional! You must make something similar and submit it to those stamping mags (unfortunately this winner has now been seen), but rest assured you can do it again a little differently Fantastic!!!!

This is a beautiful card. It's too late for me for Valentine's but I'm going to make something like this for Easter with eggs hanging down. Again, you did such a beautiful job.
