Hugs n Kisses jars

 | | One of many gift items I made for our local Breast Cancer Awareness dinner. These were jelly jars I found at local garage sales (I hope I can find some more some day! I had lots of people asking me about these decorated jars). I stamped the image and then inked the edges with Close to Cocoa and then put a crystal dot on the 'i' dot. I think adhered the layers to the front of the jar. On the back of the jars, I used chocolate quotes from Oh So Sweet and did the same inking & adhering. I then filled the jars with some Hershey's Hugs and Hershey's Kisses. I also painted the lids (they were GREEN!) with some vanilla colored acrylic paint - 2 or 3 layers. Then stapled the ribbons on the corners. |
