I brayered glossy cardstock with a spectrum pad, then I embossed the Spooky Skyline wheel with black powder. Then, I used a negative oval mask to apply Versamark and Iridescent Ice embossing powder. My plan was then to use the positive mask to apply black ink all around the oval (sort of a Joseph's Coat modified version, if you wish), but it didn't work as planned because the dotto I had used on the mask left some goopy marks on the glossy cardstock, so I couldn't ink it properly and it looked very weird.
To salvage my work, I created a cardstock frame for my image, large enough to leave a black layer showing.
I stamped the Print Pattern in Old olive, added brads all around the oval frame with the Crop-a-Dile, some buttons in the corner and a popped-up bat and pumpkin, and ribbon on the bottom. I also used decorative scissors to cut the right side of the cardstock for added interest.
