The scallop circle is punched out of the Dashing paper, but you can't tell that. It looks like I put a red piece/scallop circle on top of the paper....oh well, I tried.

I love the way you punched out the flower and layered it for the focal image! Thanks for playing my challenge. And yes - dimensionals are just an adhesive!
