Isn't this Santa the cutest?! I bought this A Muse sentiment stamp back in July and have been searching ever since for the perfect Santa stamp to go with it. Well, I popped into Michael's on Saturday and found him. I knew I had to use him for Beate's weekend sketch challenge. Blogs at Splitcoaststampers
I stamped Santa on Whisper White cs with Jet Black StazOn. His suit and hat are colored in with my Ruby Red Marker. His beard and mustache are very lightly colored with my aquapainter and Bashful Blue ink. Santa's nose is colored with my Cameo Coral marker. The ruffle and tip of Santa's hat and the frame along the outside were done with my 2-Way Glue Pen and Dazzling Diamonds. I used my aquapainter and Garden Green ink for the background and used Icicle Stickles for the snowflakes. This is layered on Ruby Red and Garden Green cs.
For the sentiment, I used my Ruby Red and Garden Green markers to apply color to the rubber, huffed and stamped on Whisper White cs. It's also layered on Ruby Red and Garden Green cs.
The dp is from BasicGrey's Fruitcake collection. Isn't it wonderful? I highlighted the lines on it with my Stardust Gel Pen, sponged the edges with Garden Green ink and notched the corners with my 1/2" SU circle punch. It's layered on Ruby Red cs and then finally the Garden Green card base.
Santa's image is glued to the Fruitcake paper and the sentiment is attached with Dimensionals.
Yea! Another Christmas card is done. So, what do you think?
