Made this 3x3 for a private swap I was in. Had a lot of fun making it. Just started pulling out stamps and other things and the card just fell into place! Just kept adding till it looked right. Do you like it? It doesn't show too well, but the second layer of paper (green) I used my Cuttle Bug and an embossing folder on. I just wanted the texture. I forget the name of the folder, but it always makes me think of alligator skin.
Here's the strange thing though...everytime I look at the eye I see a fish! Hmmm? Wonder if that was on purpose or if it is just me?
The saying around the stamp says:
"Art does not reproduce what we see, it makes us see." Paul Klee
Neat saying huh?!
Thanks for looking.

I see a just hatched baby bird...boy this card is making us all see something different...maybe that's what the saying means, huh Lois? Cool card, and love that saying with it!

Lois: What a nifty sample! Can't wait to see these all together on a canvas. I did actual shabby quilt squares out of fabric for my 12. We all DO see differently.....Andi
