I used SU!'s Apple Cider Double Sided Designer paper for this card. The front medallions were created by punching out some circles from the paper and attaching them with brads to the front of the card. The center medallion is back with four 1/2 primas that I attached with glue dots and then adhered the entire thing with dimensions to the card.
I used two different things to create "grab" tags for my inserts. The insert on the left uses a metal swirl embellishment that was gifted to me from a fellow Wish RAK'er. I attached it to my tag using two sparklie brads. The tab on the tag on the right was created using my Round Tab punch.

Great card! There is a pattern on my friend's blog (www.astampersperspective.typepad.com, see 9-12-07) to make a similar card. The reverse of the designer paper winds up in a different place, but it's a great pattern.
