I am having a lot of fun with my new Papertrey Believe Santa. I have tried multiple different ways of making him look special and I like this one, although it is a bit of work. This is another stained glass. You stamp the image with a permanent dark ink on a transparency and choosing one color at a time, darkest to lightest, apply the AI 'dries clear' glue and do one color section at a time. Let it dry at least five minutes inbetween color applications. When you flip it over to use for your card, then you see the defining lines of the stampes image, plus the glitter is protected from rubbing off. I painted a bit of pink twinkling H20s on the paper underneath the stamped image so Santa would have a 'face' since I found if I tried to paint on the transparency, it beaded up and dried unevenly, plus it leaked into the glitter and ruined it. Thanks for looking.
