I decided to give glass etching a try. I embossed the Holy Triptych on a glass block with a hole drilled in the side. I then etched the front and then took off the embossing leaving this scene. I think next time I will fill in around the set more with something, maybe a Merry Christmas or something. I filled the block with 50 white Christmas lights and added a ribbon. So quick to do once the embossing is done. I think I will try and sell some as gifts. Thanks for looking! A couple of people have asked how I did the etching. Well, there is a wonderful tutorial in the resources section by Vickie Maduzia that I used to do it. The only difference is I didn't use contact paper around my image. I just used masking tape as my object was square. Here is the link Tutorials at Splitcoaststampers

Ditto Kejujah on the etching question - what did you use to do that? Also the embossing - what did you use for that and how did you remove it? This is stunning! Thanks!
