I made this card for Julie's Monday Mojo sketch. http://poeticartistry.blogspot.com/2...ay-week-2.html She challenged on the sketch, but also to use something that you started, but didn't quite make it on a card. Well, I had rock 'n rolled this flower in More Mustard and Really Rust, trying to get a sunflower look. I sponged the outside, and then I thought it looked more like a sunburst than a sunflower so I never used it, instead cut out a flower in a different colour for this card: SEP07VSNB by scrapnextras at Splitcoaststampers
But I can't throw it out! So like all my little stamping ventures, I put it in a tiny ziplock bag in with the stamp set. I tried collecting them all in one place, but found I never used them. So pretty much any stamp set I pull out I have a bag of things I tried, and looked good, but I never went with. So this flower image is perfect on a fall card, because of it's sunburst style. I didn't even have to cut it out, although I did put a little copper pearl ex on it to give it some shine!
