Well...Shelly, Shelly, Shelly! What a challenge this was for me, I'm tellin' ya!
Well, first off the pom pom trim is from my Great Aunt's sewing stash (sewing dept of Wal-Mart I believe---I wheedled some of it out of her a year or so ago).
The little snowman is watercolored with a real water color brush in honor of the rules.
The snow is that real snow that is used in those little village winter scenes that people collect.
The snowflakes are seed beads from the bead aisle at Michael's.
Now, when I was all done I really wanted stickles, but we weren't allowed to use them. What to do, what to do...? I raided my painting supplies and found my wood sealer with glitter that I use for my tole painting, so I painted (with a real brush from the art store) the sealer on the snowman, the mittens, and the tree.
Phew!! Thanks Shelly!
Oh, and I almost forgot one of the most important parts---I have since seen these colors around (CTMH catty for one), but I got the idea for the colors from sararedman!
TFL!

Cary, this is really a great challenge card! I love the little scene you created -- the beads are darling and the pom poms too! Everything is wonderful!
