This card is for my neighbor’s birthday. She LOVES purple! The background paper is DCWV Pocket full of Posies Matstack. The plain purple on the left edge is embossed with a small CB folder and highlighted with white pigment ink. The popped up circles are stamped with Stampin’ Up!’s Seeing Spots with white pigment ink, and embossed with white detail embossing powder. The flowers on top of the circles and the larger flower underneath are punched out of vellum. I cut a teeny sliver of the background paper and placed it on top of the ribbon – I thought it added a lot to the card!

I love your name and love your card! Especially the lil vellum blue flower popped up! Great job!

This is so cool. I love your idea of the little sliver of paper and will have to try that out. YOur neighbor is one lucky lady to receiving this card! TFS.
