Let me just say that I love this card. The colors are just fantastic. I think I'm going to quit my job and work for BasicGrey. They could pay me with designer paper! LOL
I had this piece of BasicGrey scalloped chipboard and saw that it matched the designer paper pretty well, so I pulled out Cameo Coral, Garden Green and Chocolate Chip ink and paper. I coated the chipboard first with Cameo Coral Craft Ink with a sponge. When it was dry, I inked up the flower/starburst stamp with Garden Green Craft Ink and stamped it on the chipboard. When it was dry, I inked up the same stamp with my Essential Glue Pad, stamped it and poured Dazzling Diamonds over it (tapping off the excess, of course). Ooooooohhhh, so sparkly!
The tag at the bottom with "life's simple pleasures" is also chipboard done the same way, but without the glitter.
The two ribbon fibers going across the card behind the scalloped chipboard are actually dark green (the top one) and gold and black (the bottom one), but my camera didn't pick up the color very well.
The edges are all distressed and the designer paper is also edged with Garden Green Classic Ink.
So, what do you think? I may just keep this card for myself. (Hee hee)
