Wow! This is incredibly beautiful!! Is your image stamped on acetate? The ribbon frame is also amazing. I hope you will share the details so I can figure how you made this! I'm sure that whomever you send this to will be deeply touched by your kindness. Thank you so much for participating in this challenge!

Yes this is done on acetate. I held the blue card stock against the white card stock, I punched through both at the same time. I placed the punch as far as it woould go from the side of the card and punched the top of the window, then moved the punch down to punch the bottom of the window. I made the window a little wider by punching about 1/4 in more on the outside edge of the window. I stamped the image on one side of the acetate in black Staz-On and when it was dry I turned the piece over and used Sharpie marked to color the image. I postioned the acetate piece between the blue and white card stock. I edged the window with the ribbon. On the inside I punched my greeting on the opposite side of the window so the flower image would not have printing showing through. I hope this was clear (no pun intended). This has become one of my favorite cards to make.
