Here's my Card for LSC131 - Challenge 2 to make a card using an animal in a stamp not normally used for Hallowe'en/Harvest.
I'm short on animal stamps, but I did find one with some Christmas House Mice on it. I stamped parts of the image (the whole image is shown below my card) and inserted an apple bucket where the pinecone is in the stamp. I left off the holly berries in the mice's paws and drew in some apples instead. I coloured the holly leaf under one of the mice in fall colours so it wouldn't look so holly-ish. A strategically place brad/twill combination covers a holly berry I stamped on by accident. I coloured the twill tape with creamy caramel and really rust ink The image is coloured with watercolor wonder crayons. These are meant to be Gala apples, one of my favourites! I emphasized the sentiment with my sakura glaze pen.
Self-imposed limitations - I would have added sewing to this card, but I didn't.

This is so cute! I love how you changed out the bucket for the pine cone -- and the apples look good enough to eat! The background paper is just as delicious, and your coloring (flawless as usual) coordinates with it so well.
