The challenge is to use an animal not made as a Halloween image. My little fat cat fits the category. We had to set our own limits mine were to come up with background rubber images other than those you buy as backgrounds. I used the flower center swirl from Fresh Flowers on the green, and on the orange was the spider web you see on the image panel. I also limited embellishments to flat, no brads or ribbon and could not use ink distressing for edges...that was hard for me! I love to ink distress!
-The sentiment is computer generated.
-The cat stamps solid, no coloring.
-The scarf and hat are colored with markers and clear gel pen.
-The pumpkin coloring is done with re inkers and artist brush.
-The graffiti triangles are attached with Diamond Glaze.
-The web background embossing is done with a Fiskars plate and Cuttlebug. I mist the cardstock first, hold it in place on the template with reusable tape (blue painters tape) then layer on the Cuttlebug the A plate, one B, two rubber plumbers gaskets found at a hardware store and cardstock layers until itÂ’s thick enough. In this case it was one very thin piece since I was using Stampin Up cardstock for the card.
After embossing I rubbed the white ink pad over it.
-Tool distressing is done with a paper perforator.
