A good friend of mine has been interviewing for the job of a lifetime (6 digits!)... well she got the call yesterday and she got the job! Unfortunately, this means she will be moving out of state :(. I was so excited to make her a card, however, things didn't quite come together as I'd planned. It was one of those mornings when I couldn't find a thing I wanted. That'll teach me.. I cleaned my studio yesterday! LOL
I used Basic Grey chipboard and DP for the focal image. I think it has kinda a boho look.. which is good as she is all cowgirl!

Toy, it looks stunning never the less! All the layers, the star with jewel center. There are so many amazing details.
I am sorry your friend is moving away. But yeah for her getting the job she wanted.

Not only did we both use the Basic Grey Infuse paper, but we both also learned that one of our good friends would soon be leaving us. My friend announced to me yesterday that she and her husband are leaving to travel the U.S. as a part of their ministries. I am excited for her, but also sad, so I can definitely empathize with you. My card today is also for my friend.
Holly, I love your beautiful card, especially how you connected the circle pieces to the swirl clip. All your details are fab!
