I made this card for Jen70's Super Saturday Challenge (http://www.stamping-therapy.blogspot.com), which was to make a cutesy card and use patterned ribbon. Well, what could be more cutesy than A Muse's sweet Little Pumpkin stamp?! I've had him for a long time but had yet to use him. I also had yet to use my Paper Salon monogram builder set more than once; all of the circle frames around the images and the bracket-y looking frame around the sentiment are from this set. The dp is from the cutesy-ist company there is: Doodlebug Designs! Don't you just love their amazing ads in all the paper crafting magazines? I could eat 'em up, they are so sweet!
The punkins were stamped on whisper white then punched out with a 1" circle punch. I colored the little guys in with SU markers, then masked them and sponged in backgrounds with Lovely Lilac, Green Galore, and Only Orange. The various frames were stamped in black ink on coordinating cs, then punched out with a 1.5" circle punch. I got the idea to put Glossy Accents on the pumpkin bellies from Michelle Wooderson's adorable card found here Little Pumpkin by MICHELLE WOODERSON at Splitcoaststampers.
Thanks for looking!
