WT128 Ugly Witch

This card is for my zany friend who loves to dress up as an UGLY witch every year.The strips of crimped black hair naturally curve when cut into skinny strips. I free hand cut the hat, inked the edges and added brads for warts on the watercolored face. It was fun to make!
