Re inkers and artist brush was used for coloring the image.
I used a gel pen for the doodles and dots.
Those are punched hearts glued on the sentiment oval.
An eyelet is punched in the large oval and the ribbon is strung through it. I put two strips of SU basic black cardstock two layers thick on the under side of the oval to each side of ribbon to keep that oval even on the card. The ribbon is tied first, strung through the eyelet and taped to the panelÂ’s back side.
Very simple and quick!
