 SC26 pocket card. I followed the sketch and folded the card from the side, but I think it would have been easier to use a long piece of cardstock and fold from the bottom

Pocket cards just invite you to want to pull the tag out, don't they? This would be so cute for a baby girl... I agree with your comment about using a long piece, by the way. Nice monochrome piece -- looks like you could personalize it with any greeting you wanted, too.
