My mom and I watch Washington Week in Review every Friday night on PBS and their backdrop in the studio is just spectacular. I thought it would be good to try with the emerging colors technique...and that a halloween theme sort of suited the frighteningly awful news we hear every night (why do I torment myself)?
I stamped the fence first then sponged on cocoa on the bottom, then chocolate further up. Put some marigold between those two lawers and used my versa pen to cover that and some of the windows in the house. Also did the moon in marigold and stamped over it with versa (the moon didn't work so I had to cut out a new one & just put it on the image) Used the versa pen to mark a few streaks, then just took my pumpkin and really rust stamping pads and went over it. Not as much of the cream cardstock and the versa marigold showed thru but, in general, I love the colors. Stamped the other images at the end (love that silly skeleton)!
