oh my! i'm so sorry. i must not have the notification turned on for this picture. i happened to wander into my own gallery tonite and saw all of you asking for directions. :)
you can use a regular manila folder and alter it or just make your own folder out of 12x12 cardstock using an old manila folder as a template.
once you have your folder base you can choose paper and stamps to embellish. to add the layers of cardstock inside you need to cut 2 each of the following dimensions
6x7, 6x8, 6x9, 6x10, 6x11
once you have these 10 pieces of cs you will need to score each about an inch from the top
use your crop-a-dile to punch holes through all layers and a two-pronged folder fastener to hold all layers together. i embellished my fastener with some of the new taffeta ribbon. gorgeous!!! i love ribbon!
