Last year I received some fancy tea as a gift, the tea bags came in cute little pyramid boxes. I kept thinking, I don't want to throw them away. So I finally traced one on DS paper. It is very small, about 3 in high, the bottom square is about 1 3/8 in. The little leaf on top is from the tea bag.

I don't really have a pattern other than the tea holder unfolded, that I traced.
I will try to make one soon, because I am thinking this will look great altered for a Christmas theme with a star on top instead of the leaf. I will email it to you, when I figure it out properly!

I love finding packaging that's cool and unique. My DH just rolls his eyes when I say not to throw something away that I'm going to use it for a pattern. Always nice to know that I'm not the only one!

Oh my Goodness! I totally recognized these as soon as I saw the leaf. I bought some of that tea for a gift, lol. I LOVE this box. Brilliant idea to trace a preexisting box and make it a template! Gorgeous.
