Upon seeing the Build a Traffic Sign set by gel-a-tins, I knew it would make a fun back to school card. What better colours for back to school than the primaries.
To make the sign post, I cut out a thin piece of basic black paper and shaded it by dragging a whisper white dipped sponge across it. The greeting was made using the alphabet in the set. The blue and red backgrounds are also stamped with other images from this set. I didn't have any yoyo yellow ribbon, so I coloured a strip of paler yellow ribbon with a marker.
This card measures 5.5x5.5.
