I've used this layout before - it's a fun one and another good scrap-user-upper. The squares are all 2"x2". The original saying says "Add a little happy to the day!", but I stamped the words I wanted individually so I could layer them this way. (The word 'little' is popped with foam tape.)
Coloring is done with Prismacolor pencils, blended with mineral spirits. There is Stardust sparkle pen on the spots on the balloons. The polka dots on the light blue panel are stamped with a pencil eraser...all the other panels had some kind of texture, and it just needed something there. The big square brads are from Making Memories. Pulled the square theme a little tighter. I distressed the panel edges with my finger nail.
