I made this card to send to my son.. not sure how he'll take to the flower.. but I have sent him cards in the past with flowers and he hasn't said anything but "thanks for the great card mom" so I know he doesn't care.. I am not sure that I am all that happy with this, but I know that it will be bringing a message of "happy days ahead!" My son joined the Air Force in January. He graduated Basic Training the end of February, he then went to Kessler, AFB in Biloxi, MS for the first part of his Tech School, til May 1st and then went to Shepherd AFB in Whicita Falls, TX where he has been since. He graduates September 7th and he calls me to tell me how many days he has left. I have been sending him lots of cards to keep his spirits up because I know that this schooling seems to be going on forever. He is going to work on the B-52's. We are so proud of him.
Anyways.. sorry for the story... Used In the Spotlight, Outlaw DSP (oh so nice), Photo Corner Punch ~ that I punched out then trimmed up for the leaves for the flower ~ and the wonderful stamp set that I received from SU as a gift some months ago.
Thanks for reading ~ and looking ~ have a stamp happy day!!
